- I have completed a placement for two weeks in October 2009 as part of the certificate III requirements at Clermont Aged   Care Ryde, NSW 21I4.

- I have completed certificate III in nursing from Quality Care Nurse Training Institute West Ryde, in September 2009.

- I have passed certificate IV from Ready Health Nursing College Parramatta, October 2011.

- I have completed a placement for three days in August 2011as part of the certificate IV requirements at St George Aged Care centre Baxley, NSW 2207

- I have attended university‘s workshop to develop my communication and writing skills.

- I have attended PASS workshops at UWS Parramatta to gain more nursing knowledge.

- I have a First Aid Certificate from Australian Institute Parramatta, July 2012.

Planned Short Courses

- I will continue attend university‘s workshop to develop my communication and writing skills.

- I am willing to attend practice classes for OSCAR examination at UWS, Parramatta.

- I will continue attend PASS workshops at UWS Parramatta to gain more nursing knowledge.

- I plan to attend communication workshops about clinical and PCALS preparation, communication skills, writing skills workshops at UWS to improve my communication.

- I will be registered with the Australian College of Nursing to keep up to date with developments and receive advice about professional education opportunities in the future.
